We had a great experience with Precise Plumbing, especially with Joe. He came out to fix our toilet flush issue and was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly honest throughout the entire visit.

He was friendly, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. It’s hard to find reliable service these days in Hoboken area, so super happy that we choose them.

Highly recommend Joe and Precise Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy service!

Joe D is the best— he was right on time, helping us with capping off the gas line prior to the electric induction replacement. He also inspected our house and kindly answered all our questions and consulted on concerns as a first-home buyer. If anything happens, I know who to talk to now. Thank you so much!

My mom had a kitchen faucet installed around a week or two ago. She isnt good with the internet but the service was SO astounding that I was compelled to leave a review. Your employee John G. was so efficient and fantastic. We had used another company prior and needed to replace the faucet within 7 months of it being installed. The pricing was, in my opinion, competitive and much better than the other companies in the area. John was very knowledgeable about the product and explained everything thoroughly to my mom - leaving no question unanswered. When we being renovating other parts of the house, we will request him specifically and use only Precise Plumbing. Wonderful job, guys!!!!
